General Assembly Update

Yesterday, House of Delegates Transportation Committee Chairman Joe May (R-Leesburg) gave a speech on the floor of the House in which he called on the General Assembly to consider a Transportation Infrastructure Users Fee (TIUF) of 3/4 cent per mile, or approximately 15 cents per gallon of gas.
