VTCA’s Engineering Consultant Leadership Committee is responsible for setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying policies and defining direction for the Association’s Architectural/Engineering membership. The committee is committed to improving the quality of design, construction, maintenance and operation of transportation facilities for public and private entities across Virginia. The committee also promotes and maintains open communication and cooperation with the Virginia Department of Transportation.
