Aggregate Producer Leadership Committee

Mission Statement
The Aggregate Producer Leadership Committee (APLC) of the Virginia Transportation Construction Alliance (VTCA) is committed to representing the unique term papers for sale of the Alliance through authority granted by the VTCA Board of Directors.

The APLC shall represent and advance the interests of all aggregate producer members through its own meetings, promotion and support of aggregate producer committees and through liaison with the VTCA Board of Directors. The APLC shall advance the interests of its members and the Alliance by promoting open communication between the Aggregate Producer Membership and all other membership groups within VTCA. The APLC promotes mutual cooperation with government agencies and establishes policy for the Aggregate Producer members within the best interests of VTCA.
