To support the best technical interest of the membership and producer companies. To advise, assist, and disseminate useful information to the membership and users of aggregates. To identify and support needed research to further the industry’s marketing position. To establish and maintain liaison with Virginia Asphalt Association, VDOT, other associations and user groups.
