2016 VTCA Winter Meeting

The 2016 VTCA Winter Meeting will be held at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort.

Hotel Reservations
Accommodations in the VTCA room block are $209 per night for double occupancy.  Each additional adult guest 18 or older will result in the $25 per person per night charge. Rates are subject to applicable taxes, which are currently 12.5%.  The VTCA guest room rates are available three days prior to and three days after our meeting, subject to availability. 

Reservations require one night’s room and tax as a deposit.  Cancellation is required at least five days prior to your arrival.

Reservations for your stay are to be made directly with Disney.  The deadline is January 11, 2016.  If the VTCA block sells out before that date, the rate will be offered on an as-available basis.  To ensure personal service, the hotel accepts reservations only by phone.  Please call 1-407-939-4686 to speak with a Reservations Specialist.
